Who we are
The Motion Lab was created to help people move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness and movement field, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from those dealing with pain or movement limitations to athletes looking to improve performance. I hold multiple certifications, including NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), personal training credentials, and RockTape IASTM, allowing me to combine movement assessment, corrective strategies, and advanced soft tissue techniques into every program I design.
At The Motion Lab, there’s no one-size-fits-all training. Every client starts with an assessment to understand how your body moves and what it truly needs. From there, sessions are tailored to support long-term progress, reduce setbacks, and build confidence in movement—whether that means training harder, moving pain-free, or simply feeling better in everyday life.
